- All subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider.
- Subscription charges are non-transferable.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions are pay-as-you-go.
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations.
2.2 Annual Subscription
- Customers choosing an annual subscription may cancel within 15 days from the subscription start date.
- If cancelled within 15 days, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion minus any applicable processing fees.
- After 15 days, the annual subscription cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the term.

- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
